Blue Millennial internally develops each employee on a day-to-day basis. It's hard work, but we focus on mentoring, training, and coaching each of our employees through an accelerated growth process.

The goal is to create leadership from leadership. Each employee is given a trainer and always has access to either a trainer or manager to help guide them.
